Bio Karen Ferries assisted two top food stylists, Heidi Johannsen-Stewart and Stephana Bottom, in New York City. She also worked at Daniel Boulud’s flagship kitchen, Restaurant Daniel.
Afterwards, Karen launched a boutique catering company called “The Cocktail Party Chef” that specialized in hors d’oeuvres. Her talent for displaying appetizers inspired this personal work.
The owner of a well-curated collection of dishes and unique props, Karen is also a tabletop prop stylist. In 2023, she was selected as an “Artist Spotlight” by Focus on Women.
